Paul Yaffe, one of the most famous and renowned custom motorcycle builders in the world, is the featured builder in Art of the Ride, a motorcycle-themed exhibit at the Phoenix Airport Museum running until the end of May 2018.
Combining photography, painting, and custom motorcycle builds and parts, Art of the Ride is a celebration of the passion and attitude that embodies motorcycle culture. The exhibit will feature two of Paul’s most-famous, spectacular builds: The Copper Chopper and Prodigy.

The Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum in Philadelphia – a collection of 65 rare and significant racing sports cars – has been selected as 2017 “Museum of the Year” by the Octane Awards (formerly known as the International Historic Motoring Awards) for an unprecedented second time. The museum previously won the inaugural award in 2011, and also has been awarded the organization’s “Car of the Year,” and “Book of the Year.”
The judging panel includes such noted figures as TV host Jay Leno, vintage car racer and Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason, Collier Collection curator L. Scott George, five times Le Mans winner Derek Bell, and noted collector Corrado Lopresto, among others.

24 HOURS OF COTA
Circuit of the Americas in Austin Texas… this weekend.
Official track action starts with free practice from 14.00-15.30 hrs, followed by qualifying from 17.00-18.00 hrs and night practice from 19.00-20.30 hrs. On Saturday, 11 November, the first part of the race will be held from 9.00-23.00 hrs, followed by an intervention under parc fermé conditions. Racing resumes on Sunday, 12 November, at 8.00 hrs, with the finish at 18.00 hrs (all times local, CET 7 hours later). Access at the track is free for spectators.
What: 24H Series endurance race
When: Two segments. Saturday, 9 a.m.-11 p.m. Sunday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
Tickets: Free admission and free parking in Lot A.
Note: Fans are welcome into the paddock area and can get up-close access to drivers and teams, but many of the usual amenities at COTA will not be available this weekend.
